Please read this document carefully, as it contains the terms and conditions that you agree to be bound by if you continue to use the Tajjyer Travel Perfume e-Store.

The below terms and conditions (“the Conditions”) and the Privacy Policy apply to your use of the Tajjyer Travel Perfume e-Store and to any purchases you make through it.

In the event of any conflict between the Terms of Use and these Conditions, the latter shall prevail.

These Conditions and the Terms of Use apply between you and Tajjyer Travel Perfume (“we” or “us”), registered and operating in Malaysia. For complaints, queries, or correspondence regarding these Conditions, please visit our Contact Us page.


 

1. Site Operation

This site is operated by Tajjyer Travel Perfume from its registered office in Malaysia.

 

2. Purchasing Products

Eligibility Criteria

  • Available for sale on the Tajjyer Travel Perfume e-Store.
  • For delivery within Malaysia.
  • For personal use (not resale), unless approved by Tajjyer Travel Perfume.

We reserve the right to decline any order we believe is intended for onward sale without authorization.

Product Information

Details of products (including prices) are displayed on the Tajjyer Travel Perfume e-Store. We take reasonable care to ensure all information is accurate at the time of listing. However, details may vary slightly at the time of your order.

 

3. Ordering Process

  1. Select your products and click “Checkout”.
  2. Once clicked, you have made a binding offer to purchase, subject to our acceptance.
  3. Authorisation from your bank/credit card will be required. Funds may be reserved.
  4. If authorisation fails, the order will not be processed.
  5. You will receive an email confirmation once the order is received.
  6. A contract of sale is only complete when products are dispatched.

Order Refusal

  • The product is discontinued or unavailable.
  • Payment is not authorised.
  • You do not meet the eligibility criteria.

 

4. Order Cancellation

Before submitting, you may review and modify your order. Once payment is made, your order is “Sent to Delivery Department” and cannot be modified.

 

5. Refund & Exchange Policy

Unsatisfied with your purchase?

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, if unused and unopened.
  • Contact us via: support@tajjyerperfume.com.my.
  • Returns must be sent back using a reliable courier service at your own cost.

Refunds

Full value of the product will be refunded, excluding delivery charges. Processing time: 3–5 working days.

 

6. Damages / Incorrect Products

If you receive damaged or incorrect products, contact us immediately. We will arrange for an exchange or replacement. If out of stock, a credit voucher of equal value will be issued.

7. Allergic Reactions

If you believe a product caused an allergic reaction, email us with details and a picture at support@tajjyerperfume.com.my. Investigation may take up to 5 working days. Refunds or exchanges will be provided depending on the outcome.

 

8. Returns at Physical Store

Products purchased online must be returned to our official Tajjyer Travel Perfume address (provided upon request). We reserve the right to deny returns, refunds, or exchanges at our discretion.

 

9. General Conditions

Tajjyer Travel Perfume reserves the right to:

  • Modify or withdraw the e-Store (temporarily or permanently) with or without notice.
  • Change these Conditions at any time. Continued use of the e-Store means acceptance of changes.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in effect.
All disputes shall be settled under Malaysian law, in Malaysian courts.
