At Tajjyer Travel Perfume, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the best quality products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our refund and return policy is here to help.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return or refund, the item must meet the following conditions:
- Item is in the same condition as received – unworn or unused.
- Original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
To start a return, please contact us at support@tajjyerperfume.com or via WhatsApp. If your request is approved, we will provide full instructions on how and where to send the package. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Products damaged by the customer (unless proven to have arrived damaged).
- Sale or promotional items.
- Orders placed with discount codes or special offers.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest option is to return the original product and place a new order once your return is approved. A flat fee of RM5 will be charged for exchanges.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval. If approved, a refund will be issued to your preferred payment method, with 25% deducted from the original amount as processing and handling charges. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
