Delivery Terms

At Tajjyer Travel Perfume, we aim to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. All purchases are processed promptly once your transaction has been confirmed.

Currently, we deliver only to street addresses within West Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses or international destinations.

 

Next Business Day Delivery

  • Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays) will be delivered the next business day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday or during weekends will be processed on Monday and shipped out on Tuesday, excluding public holidays (subject to courier schedules).
  • Next-day delivery is not available for P.O. Box addresses.
  • Deliveries to rural or remote areas may require an additional 2–3 working days.

 

Standard Delivery Charges

Our standard delivery charges are as follows:

  • Peninsular Malaysia: RM8.00 per transaction
  • Sabah & Sarawak: RM15.00 per transaction

All orders are dispatched via PosLaju courier service, Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).

 

Sale / Promotional Periods

During peak sale or promotional periods, next-day delivery may not be possible due to high order volumes. Customers will be informed of any product availability issues at checkout.

  • West Malaysia: Please allow an additional 3–5 working days.
  • Sabah & Sarawak: Please allow an additional 3–7 working days.

 

Multiple Address Delivery

At this time, we can only ship to one delivery address per order. For deliveries to multiple addresses, kindly place a separate order for each unique address.

 

Delivery Policy

  • Deliveries are only made to valid street addresses in Malaysia.
  • A signature may be required upon delivery to confirm receipt. Customers are encouraged to inspect their parcel for any damages or defects before signing.
  • All orders are shipped in our standard packaging. Special packaging requests may incur additional charges.
  • Couriers will make two delivery attempts. If both attempts fail, a notification will be left, and the parcel will be available for collection at the nearest PosLaju post office.

Note: Purchases made after 2:00 PM will be processed the following business day.
